Pierce Morgan is the Solutions Manager for Starris, the space systems division of Optimax. He leads business development and customer engagement for advanced optical payloads supporting space domain awareness and defense missions. With more than a decade of experience in the optics and photonics industry, Morgan specializes in aligning complex optical solutions with customer mission needs, from early capture through flight delivery. His work bridges technical insight with strategic growth, helping bring precision optical systems to orbit. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in optical engineering from the University of Rochester.
