Joseph Spilman

Joseph (Joe) Spilman, CEO of Optimax Systems, Inc., has been with the company for over 16 years, progressing through roles such as Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, and President.

 

Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Optics from the University of Rochester’s Institute of Optics and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology’s Saunders College of Business. With more than a decade of experience in engineering, sales, and business development in the optics market, Joe has been instrumental in driving Optimax’s growth and success. His leadership combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen, positioning Optimax as a leader in precision optics.
